Our best-case scenario is that in ten years Female Founders is not needed anymore because all female-defined individuals are already getting the same opportunities and roles because of their achievements.

In the last year i visited many online conferences and most of the time i dropped out after some time because it was simply not compareable to a real life conference and got boring after a while! But your conference was an exception and I really had the feeling to be part of a real conference because it was so thoughtfully organised!
